Had a friend pass away today. She was not even 60. And the fact is if she had just gotten an annual physical she would still be alive. She might even be alive if she went to a doctor 10 months ago when she felt ill. We all to one degree or another live in a state of denial. And with the holidays here many will not want to MAKE A FUSS, even when they have serious warning signs of an illness. Fact is your loved ones would rather visit you in the hospital than your grave. Make it a very Merry Christmas, and take care of yourself.
